Before you start to fill out the form we would like to explain that the information you give in this form will be used to select potential contributors for “MasterChef Pakistan” and, if you are selected, in the production, broadcast and exploitation of “MasterChef Pakistan”.

Unfortunately, if you have appeared in a series of MasterChef Pakistan, you are unable to apply for any future series of MasterChef Pakistan.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

You are only able to apply if you meet the following eligibility criteria:

* I AM AGED 18 OR OVER

* I HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN Pakistan WITH THE PAKISTAN AS YOUR PRIMARY RESIDENCE AND HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.

* I HAVE NEVER WORKED FULL TIME AS A CHEF OR RUN A FOOD OR CATERING BUSINESS

* MY MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME HAS NEVER COME FROM PREPARING AND COOKING FRESH FOOD IN A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT (E.G. HOTEL, RESTAURANT, CAFE, AT-HOME KITS)

* I CONFIRM THAT NEITHER MYSELF OR MEMBERS OF MY HOUSEHOLD OR IMMEDIATE FAMILY CURRENTLY WORK FOR Pixel Entertainment
